Re: The Question of What Constitution:

This is an important topic as most Americans have not read the Constitution... the how to do it manual for the Declaration of Independence. Most injuries king George inflicted on the colonists are readily apparent in the actions of the Federal gov today.

The government can't take people's rights because they are inalienable.

What the government is removing is remedy...not rights. Prisoners at Guantanamo had no remedy thru the courts but their rights remained intact. Remedies must exist so that rights may be enforced.

The Declaration requires the gov to have the people's consent to exercise any of its powers. People consent to the denial of remedy by reelecting lawmakers who legislate remedies away. As in...you can't sue a drug company for an untested vaccine that harms or even kills you. Your 4th Amendment right to be secure in your person remains but a judicial remedy was closed off.

As long as people consent to such lawmakers, their remedies not their rights are extinguished.

Jurisdictionary is all about keeping remedy available thru court rules and case law.
