gunfighter; According to the clerk, the Supreme Court will look at it and see if they will even allow the appeal. If so Plaintiff has so many days to file the brief, then I have 20 days to answer.
R. I am a bit confused with your post? You say you were in District Court, you won, they appealed to the appellate court. Where doe's the Supreme Court come in if you don't have a appellate ruling yet? The 20 days is related to Fla., as stated you have to check your Montana appellate rules for time frames for filing briefs. It could be different in each state. Try a legal research site, or Google.
The District court judge ruled the Plaintiff had to place locks on a gate and they refuse to do it. What or how do I get them to do it?
R. Asked and answered in post #49, and read Jurisdictionary related to same, Motion to Show Cause, or talk to your atty., or all 3.
