Don't know the particulars of the accident, but I would presume she had a deductible to pay to the Ins.co., and if she was at fault? I doubt she would admit it to her own Ins. co.? Otherwise her Ins. rates might be increased. So the incentive to blame the other guy is fairly obvious in any accident. Let us know what happens win or lose? It is helpful to learn from the actual trial itself, how and why the ruling took place, evidence admitted/excluded, hearsay rulings, etc. Good luck.
