Objecting To Evidence in Writing

For strategic reasons, I don't want to do it with a motion. I just want to put it in the record in preparation for appeal.
Motions often are a waste of time. Every body know the dance. You go in front of judge who most likely has not read anything concerning your case and rule in 5 minutes. It is fast food justice.

I only won cases for more than 24 years. Do it your way if you wish, but don't blame Jurisdictionary when the tables get turned on you for doing it "your way".
