If you receive defective CDs, we will happily replace them and pay your return postage, if you return the CDs in their original packaging within 15 days after ordering.

Because we deliver electronically (on-line links automatically provided at time of order and CD-ROMS that can be easily copied) our course materials are vulnerable to pirating and copyright infringement. Once delivered, therefore, you have full access to the value of our course, so we do not make refunds nor accept returns (except damaged or inoperative CDs as stated above).
